Your clothing will last longer if you handle it properly and with care. Here are several tips for caring for various materials and details.
Denim owes its characteristic appearance to a special dying method. Small colour pigments that might remain on the surface of the fabric could bleed even when dry. Wash your jeans inside out to protect the colour and avoid the appearance of lighter colour creases.
Removable details should be taken off whenever possible. Close all velcro and zip fasteners prior to washing. Sensitive "favourites" should be washed in a washing bag or pillowcase using a delicate detergent.
Heavy knitted items must be dried flat to retain their original shape.
Linen is a natural material that tends to slightly shrink when wet. Iron the garment while damp using the maximum temperature setting to regain the original shape. To maintain gloss and texture, we recommend ironing the garment inside out.
Viscose is a natural material which also shrinks when wet. Iron the garment when slightly damp to regain its original shape.
